The Art & Mind Behind BioMinds

BioMinds was born from the intersection of two worlds I’ve always lived in: the analytical clarity of science and the intuitive depth of creativity.

With a background in biological research, I learned to observe meaningfully — to notice patterns, understand systems, and work with intention. Over time, I realized that these same principles guide strong design: clarity, connection, and grounded purpose.

BioMinds represents this fusion. “Bio” for the natural, the human, the living world that inspires me. “Minds” for thought, story, identity, and the emotional layers behind design.

This is the heart of BioMinds: design rooted in clarity, shaped by creativity, and guided by the human experience.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the world of science (currently as Scientist & Project Lead) — from early-stage biotech start-ups to fully transitioned scale-ups, and within Contract research environments where precision and adaptability are essential. My career has been shaped by complex systems, multidisciplinary teams, and the rhythm of innovation.

These experiences taught me how to translate ideas into structure, guide processes through growth, and bring clarity into fast-moving environments.
